BCM 50 auto attendant 1

Hi
I have a BCM 50 with PRI (DID Mexico)and analog lines
I set up AA with CCR
When I dial to analog lines, I heard the Greeting and then goes to CCR and OK!
But when I dial by DID, I herad "The person you are calling is not available" and then goes to CCR.
The AA has lines assigned (65 to 94).
Dialing DID rings to sets, OK
Attendant number in Greeting Table set 4400
Attendant number in Operator Setting set 4400
Any idea?
 
-find out what the target line of the number you are calling
-log into CP and go to Auto attendant
-verify that the target line is being answered by the auto attendant

for trouble shooting on the BCM there is no better tool than the BCM Monitor. It lets you see calls comming in and what answers the call.
 
You don't assign lines to the AA you assign the Target Line for the Main number, usually target line 241. This way every time someone dials the main number, they are sent to the AA.

PRI's don't have actual Lines, they have Channels.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
I think I just ran into this problem with a CP v/m. with a laptop, go the greeting tables in the v/m, see if "disable dn dialing" is checked. If ys, uncheck it, maybe problem is solved.
