BCM 50 Area Code 604 Blocked

Greetings from Seattle,

I'm sure I'm looking at a simple solution here. I have a new BCM 50 that was installed. Outbound LD goes around blocA, which is assigned to all DN's. All callers can dial any 11 digit LD number except area code 604. As soon as you dial 6, you see on your display "invalid number". You cant even see any digits dialed on BCM monitor. Any clues to what I need to check on this is greatly appreciated.

See if you have 6 programmed anywhere as an access code, destination code or park prefix.

Check your route/destination codes under dialing plan.
