BCM 50 APCUPSD service problem 1

Hi everyone

i have BCM 50 registered with my NRS with H.323 protocol.
the problem is i can't make a call from or to BCM 50, i review the BCM services and i found that the service APCUPSD is stopped i start it to become up and running then i made a call successfully

i tried to make another call but i couldn't i reviewed the same service and i found it stopped again

i don't know this service for what and why it stops again and again?

I've seen that service and it's never running. Maybe wrong, but I believe it's coincidental to your making calls.

Any systems from rel1 to rel3 i have looked at, that service is always stopped.

That service is used for connecting an APC brand UPS to the BCM via USB. When setup correctly the UPS can send messages to the BCM relating to power outages and such.
