We have a BCM 50 running 6.0 . We have about 6 phones with a Answer DN key on them to back up calls for DN 221. The problem is all the phones with this key either the intercom keys or Answer DN key stay on . The only way to clear it is by taking another phone and plugging it in. If you just try resetting the phone it will not clear. If I clear all the phones it's good for a few days. We recently had a vendor come in and install the all the patches thinking this will clear the issues. Any ideas?
