I have some questions that I can't seem to find answers to. Can anyone help

Can the Messages be stored on a Microsoft exchange server?
Are the messages still in a proprietary format that can only be played on a PC that has the Unified messaging software on it?
Are Windows XP roaming profiles supported?

Any help would be appreciated.

VMAIL is still proprietary and stored in IMAP server in hard drive of BCM.
I don't believe roaming profiles are supported.
You could try just installing CallPilot player and manager to playback .vbk files and manually configure POP3 IMAP accounts for each user to support multiple profiles.

Thanks for the info
Perhaps you can help with another issue. I have the unified messaging set up on a PC offsite. I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. The voicemail messages are downloaded to Outlook but when you try to play them I receive a message that the server has refused the connection. The computer can connect to the BCM 200. What could I be missing.

Firewall problem I guess.
Try port mapping the well known port 143 for IMAP on your firewall to the BCM.
