Hi Everyone,

I have a BCM50 that after a tropical storm several of the port no longer work on my GATM8 and GATM4 cards.

I have replacements coming, my question is can I set the dip switches the same as the old cards and start it up?

Will the cards be recondised or do I need to add them in Resourses?
Do I need to be concerned with licencing? since I am not adding any additional hardware just replacing?

I know enough of the programming to change names on phones, deregister devices, voicemail setup, etc.

The company that installed it 3 years ago, has gone out of business and we no longer have local support for the system, so any step by step instructions would be great.

Thanks in advance for any assistance/advise.

Yep!Just set the switches on the new cards the same as the old cards. You will notice that they are the same. They're supposed to be that way so don't worry about it. BCM50 doesn't use bus addressing the way the 400 does.
