BCM 50 and Outlook

With a BCM 50 system, can you dial out of your Microsoft Outlook Contacts simply by installing the BCM TAPI client and pointing Outlook to that dialer, or do you need a third party app to accomplish this ?

Yes, you can accomplish this. Install a LAN/CTE client and set up outlook to utilize the line. You can test it out by setting up personal call manager first.... good luck!
