BCM 50 and Option 11

I want to configure a BCM 50 to an Option 11 with IP that is already connected to several BCM 50's using four digit dialing. The Option 11 already has a CallPilot which is centralized for all BCM's. What will I need in order for this new BCM 50 to utilize the centralized CallPilot, MCDN or will the IP connectivity take care of that?

It sounds like you may want to change the BCM to be a SRG off the Option 11c system?.

I am not familiar with the SRG technology. Can you give me a one sentence definition what that is?

If you already have other BCM's in use on the network then it would be a good idea to get the MCND key and IP trunk key one for each trunk. The MCDN will allow CLID and centralized VM to work.
