Anyone having any problems with the BCM 50 and music on hold? I've tried the Music port and also connected stright to the block and I get no music. I know th music source works because I tested it on another system.

No issues on the half dozen or so I've put in.

Again I don't know if the 50 is like the 200 and 400 but you have to select the audio jack on the 200/400 to get music. (Under IP Music)

No IP music on the 50 - just plug in the source or punch it down to pair 13 on the main cabinet.

what dose it say on display when you press feature 86?

I would take a phone to the system and wire direct to the punch block. turn feature 86 on and then if you have a toner hook to a peice of cross wire and punch down on music pair. If you dont hear tone in the phones speaker, its a sytem problem or the amphenol.

There is a patch for the 1.0 issue of the BCM 50 available that fixes some issue with the MOH.
