BCM 50 Alarms

I've got an alarm 31045 suddenly on a customer's BCM 50. I can't seem to find a list of alarms in the manuals. Am I missing something ? (Likely!) Can anyone help me out here?

This alarm code is listed so:

critical
Keycodes
Keycodes - failed to open file.
Restore licensing file or enter keycodes again.

i have a spreadsheet with all the alarm info for the bcm50

There is a CFS patch for the BCM 50 that fixes the issue with the keycode files.

Patch is called BCM50.001-CFS-1.0-1.1.

I believe this only applies to G or H release BCM 50's.
