BCM 50 Alarms...to a remote location

Is there a way to have the bcm50 send out a notification automatically when theres a critical alarm? Whether through dial up or internet? I'm looking to set this up for a customer and it sounds like they want it to act like the SEB on an Option switch. Any assistance would be great.

You may try enabling snmp agents /traps on the system - and that will report the events to an snmp server (local/remote)

is it possible to send it out via the internet to a server that is not on the LAN or WAN? The documentation is not real clear on the actual setup for this.
