BCM 50 Agents

Hi Guys,

I have a customer with a BCM 50 using 2 skillset groups. Some of the agents belong to the 2 skillsets. How can the agents belonging to the 2 skillsets log into just 1 of the skillsets - the agents are using 7208 phones. Is this possible on a 7208?

I think that if they are using the 7208 handset, as it it a 1-line display, they will be logged into both skillsets.
If they use the 7316 handset, I think it has the option for them to select which skillset they wish to log into.

If I am mistaken, I am sure some of the other guys will corret me.
 
You're correct - I don't believe there is an option to log into an individual skillset without a 2 line display phone.
 
Hi, I have a BCM 400 with Call Center Pro. I have found that you do need a 2-line display to choose which skilsets you want to login to. With a 1 line 7208, by default, the agent is logged in to ALL assigned skillsets.
