BCM 50 6.0 Server Error when IP Terminal Status is accessed?

I have BCM 50 6.0 that I already changed the drive in a few months back. I feel that it was ok for the first while as I didn't hear anything otherwise from the customer.

When you access resources to check on status of the Nortel IP sets off prem, it hesitates for a bit and then comes up with Server Error and then you don't see any of the sets that are currently online. The sets do come up and are working off prem, just no indication. The customer has also said that sometimes in the off prem location, they press a key on the sets and it say "Busy, try later"?

They find that system locks up and they have to reboot it. This seems to be occuring more frequently. He also claims it seems to take a while for some of the sets to come up? I haven't been there to observe this, but by description of which phones come up, it's sounding like the sets in the expansion module.

It's a 6.0 and it hasn't had patches applied to it, but as I said I believe it worked well at the beginning and it certainly didn't have the problem of not being able to see the status of the IP sets in the resources?

Ideas?

Thanks!

I should mention that they are running on fibre for their internet connection. They have the settings in the router for the log in. They have fibe tv running and there is a telco Modem in between the router and the fiber connection. This connects to a wireless device for the fibe tv as well as the additional cable that runs to the modem with the log in credentials. Where I'm puzzled is that DHCP is enabled on the modem in between the fibre and the router? When I plug in with my computer although I get a DHCP assignment, I can't surf internet as I get the telco page suggesting that I continue with a setup. I feel that perhaps the DHCP assignment is in order for the Fibe TV to work, but I'm thinking that it's messing up the IP routing? I don't know if that's related to the problems above or not?

I suggest an IT tech to look at.
