Dears;

I have BCM50 6.0 with Global profile, when I am trying to dial number such as 6614025, however if there was a period more than 5 seconds between the third digit "1" and forth digit "4", when I re-dial the number using Feature (5), the phone only dial 661, can you help me ???

Thanks in Advance & Best regards

no routing, it is pool A, or Pool B I got the same result, but if I didn't wait time between the digits the redial will happen perfect

Your system not patched to latest?????

See #4 for this patch

BCM050.R600.CORE-TELEPHONY-44
=============================

1. Intercom key shows in use when there is no current call activity.
The intercom key will light up, as if on an active call, even
though the call in question is no longer active. This update
resolves reports of this issue.

2. CLID is not always displayed on sets.
Incoming central office PRI calls that tandem from one BCM over
SIP trunks to another BCM may intermittently display CLID on the
destination set. This update resolves reports of this issue.

3. BLF (Busy Lamp Field) indication on KEM's (Key Indicator Module)
does not update after a set performs a Page.
When a DN that has a BLF appearance on other sets performs a page,
the BLF appearance on the other sets will show busy. When the DN
releases the Page, the BLF appearance will still show in use. If
the DN that announced the Page, changes status (goes off-hook then
back on-hook) the BLF condition is reset. This update resolves
the issue of the BLF appearance showing busy after the DN
completes the Page.

4. Last number redial sends partial digits on analog trunks
When the Last number redial feature is invoked not all digits are dialed.

I dont really understand the question.
A: are you saying when you dial the number the system inserts a pause between the 3rd and 4th digit
or
B: are you dailing the number and you are leaving a pause between the 3rd and 4th digit

If B then change the dialing timeout between digits so as the system does not think the number is complet.e

Go to Dialing Plan---general--

Dialing timeout
3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 15
This is the maximum time allowed between user dialpad entries, before the system considers the dialstring complete. Default = 4.
