I have a customer that is on BCM 50 6.0. We upgraded them about a year or so ago from 3.0. About 3 weeks ago the system will reboot itself at least once or twice a day. The Log was showing no "factory image upgrade patch" so I installed that patch as well as the latest system and desktop patches. It is still rebooting randomly and the logs are now only showing system start up and when the PRI comes back up. We have 2 expansion cabinets on it (DTM and DSM16+). It is plugged in a UPS that shows 9% load and 100% battery so I don't think it is power related. I am doing a back up now and defaulting then restoring the programming. If that doesn't work then I guess the only thing I can think to do is default and program from scratch. Any other ideas????

If all of that doesn't work you are probably looking at replacing either the hard drive or main cabinet. It's usually power related but I've seen it be the hd as well

Sounds like the Power Supply is failing.
