BCM 50 6.0 MSG FWD

I have put the IP of the exchange server in the CP manager properties under outgoing SMPT and made COS 3 with MSG FWD enabled and assigned to MB's also add the email address of the MB's in the MB admin for each.If the Desk top msg is loaded it goes to the Outlook if not installed witch you shouldn't need since it is suppose to forwad the VM to the email address, is not working.
Upgraded system from 2.0 to 6.0 added SU patch. DONT WORK. Any ideas.

It turned out that even if you uncheck for users to enter their email the user still needs to use mailbox manager to enable the MSG forwarding.
