I installed a new Avaya BCM 50 6.0 with IP1230'S. I have PRI with prime line as I/C with routing table, dest. 9. My customer accesses their call log and wants to use the Dial back feature. With prime line set as I/C the dial back isnt working. Is there any setting that invoke the route of a caller ID Log? Or is this feature only available with other primes?

Use the trim button and add the 9 plus either the 1 and area code for 10 digit dialing or just the 9 for 7 digit dialing.

I have tried that with no success and I need to literally wipe out complete number which erases. The area code is on tail end of number in log. Even if I try to change prime line from intercom to hotline with dial out number 9 I would still need to add a 1 for any LD numbers. I use this feature on our BCM 3.0 but we use POTS with pool as prime. Can this feature work on a PRI?
Appreciate you input!
