I just recieved my BCM 5.0, but I can't log into it. I'm getting a message saying that it needs to install the new cartridge. I hit ok so it can do it, but then I get an error message saying it cannot find the cartridge and that the driverID is BCM50R5.aa29-0. Anyone else experience this?
