BCM 50 5.0 800# Dialing Question

Is there a setting besides the restriction filters that would prevent me from dialing an 800 number? My restriction filters are fine and my routes are set up, yet I cannot dial an 800#, it rings fast busy.

Open the monitor and see if the digits are going out, If all digits are being sent then I would talk to the Phone co. some lines do not allow toll numbers to be dialed on them.
It should go out the same as a LD number.dial 1.
Is the route 9 absorb all and no other route?
