I have a customer on a BCM 50 3.0 with port forwarding set to local IP. We have most of our BCM's set this way for EM with no issues. System is validated through browser but unable to download cartridge resolver. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I'm going to guess that you are forwarding port 443 to give you access through EM. I'm not 100% sure but I think the BCM uses ftp to dowload the cartridges. Try forwarding ports 20 and 21 as well (if the customer will let you).
Ive downloaded BCM 50 R 3.3.49-0 from Avaya Support to my pc that has EM , but still get error when trying to log on to CP 3.0. Is there a option to load 3.3.49 ?
You must move the downloaded cartridge file into the correct directory on your PC. For the default installation location of BEM, the directory with cartridge files should be
C:\Users\<your user id>\.bcm\BEM\bin\registry\cartridges
