bcm 50 3.0 smdr monitor port

hi all,

I have a customer that is installing a third party callrecording solution and the company that is providing the connection is asking for a smdr monitor port. I know the bcm handles the smdr thru the cdr push pull via an ftp transfer, would the p[ort they are looking for be the standard ftp tcp port 21?

any help would be great.

Hi all,

Still having issues with pulling extension data from recording softeware. 3rd party vendor (CRC), is asking for a monitor port for the BCM.

anyone ever install this solution?
