I have a BCM 50 3.0 with proper keycodes enabled, but when you look under telephony resource trunks 61-64 will only show "enabling". I am unable to get CO's working on these ports as well. i have loaded latest SU patch as well.

Try disabling then re-enable and/or reboot.

I have already tried that route...no luck

yes phones were OK but when trying to access lines 61-64 only came back "not in service

Have these lines been working on the system before.
Have you checked the actual line at the port to see if there is dialtone.

Check your cable harness to see if its connected to the unit properly.
I have had one were the Connector was sitting out slightly disconnecting off the last pairs

Its also possible the internal card is faulty.
nd active
i will assume the keycode has been verified in the keycode section a

this a CPE install and they didnt know history. I checked keycodes, amphenal conn. also DT at block all tested OK. I disabled/renabled trunks as well. All other software seem fine.Thinking def.?
