BCM 50 3.0 "Get Updates" not working 1

I was updating a BCM 3.0 today and with two patches to go I no longer could click on the get updates icon. It is on the screen but when you click it will not respond. I looked to see if I could delete the last patch I did, but it was not removeable. I did download the patches from Nortels website since I do have a log on. Tried reboot that did not work. Any suggestions. Like I stated this is brand new out of the box. Just loaded keycodes, and started doing the patches. No programming has been done. Any suggestions?

Did one of those patches upgrade the EM version? Try uninstalling EM and download the version off the BCM.

Just wanted to update the thread for future searches. Also, would like to give a thank you to Dasheen. My element manager was from back in the BCM 1.0 era. I have been using that since. It seems as though I needed to download the new element manager from the 3.0 BCM. I did not get rid of the current version, I just downloaded over top of it with the newer version. It did save all of my network connections, which I was leary it would. But it did. Once I did that the get updates icon worked like a charm. Once again thanks Dasheen for your time.
