I have a BCM 50 3.0 with i1140e's installed. The system uses 4 analog trunks on the main system for incoming/outgoing. All the sets have echo on them when on a call. The analog trunks are 7000' loop and pass all requirments. The BCM is configured at the Nortel specs for IP sets at this distance. Codec= G.711, Jitter = small, Cotrunk= CO long, Echo canceller is turned on as well. There is also a BES 50 installed with the sets and bcm on its own vlan to block all broadcast traffic from the PC's. Is there any thing else I can try?

I have also installed all the latest patches and rebooted the system.

I always use Long CO, but there was a bulletin about using Short CO, with Analog Trunks and IP sets. This was BCM50 2.0. Patches have fixed this problem in past. If your patched to date, then I would mess with CO line settings and reboot after making change. Just an idea.

Have you fix your echo problem.... we do have the same issue and I NEED TO FIX IT ;)

I had the same problem and I solved it changing the Lines to 'Short CO' and rebooting the system.

I hope it works for you
