We just took over maintenance on 3- multi-site BCM 50 3.0 locations. The past Nortel techs which is the local LEC here setup multiple 6xxx,7xxx and 8xxxx routes to transfer through the network via SIP. Seems all fine with one issue... When call center route option is pressed at remote sites only CDN mailbox picks up. When I checked skill mailbox it had over 1389 voicemails. When I call main site and press call center ,queue works fine. Systems have only SIP no VOIP trunks enabled. Customer was using hunt groups as well when I came on board. Customer is able ICM to other BCMs using routes. But when either direct transfer or CCR path is selected for scheduling queue, no luck! Any help would greatly be appreciated.
