I am having issues with a BCM 50 with 2.0 where every couple of weeks they need to reboot the entire system due to the voice mail stops working or they cannot dial out or recieve calls on the PRI. Everytime they reboot, everything comes right back and works fine for a couple weeks until the problem happens again. They rebooted yesterday due to the VM not working and it worked fine. Today they had a seperate issues where they couldn't complete a conference call from any phone. They rebooted and again it cleared the problem. Has anyone experienced similiar issues or any suggestions?
