BCM 50 1.0 IP phone registration

I deregistered a Nortel 2004 ip phone on a BCM 50 1.0. I am now trying to register another. When it powers up, I go through the setup precess without issues. At the end of the setup the system asks me for a New Set User Identifier and a New set User Password. This is where the setup process falls apart. I am unable to determine the New Set User Identifier and a New set User Password for this system so that the phone can register. Can someone give me some direction for solving this issue?

Go into the Resources section and select Telephony Resources. On the upper screen, select IP sets. In the bottom screen, you will see a checkbox to enable registration password. Leave that checked and remove the entry in the password field. Your set will then just ask you what DN you want to assign to it. Make sure it's a valid one and just sit back and let the set do it's thing.
