I've got an issue with call reporting on a 5.0 and wondered if patches will fix it or should I just pay to move it up to a 6.0.
Call reporting works as far as real time, but when any historical reports are attempted, you get an error about not being able to connect to the database or something like that. It's running on an XP platform and we're obviously accessing it from a windows 7 or 8 machine.
I have it working at another location with the same computer config, but it seems to me that this was encountered before at this location when we were attempting to run it on a BCM 400 4.0 and finally just gave up and went to a 450 with a 6.0 to resolve the issue. Has anyone else gone through this and/or do you have the patch numbers to get this resolved?
