BCM 450R6 Remove SU17??

Is there a way to remove a software update..SU17
We applied SU 17 and we are having a certain call flow issue that is not happening with SU16..Would like to remove SU17...If Avaya Support logs in can they remove it with the "password of the day"??

Some patches are removable and some not, see the readme file for the related patch installed.
SU17 is not the new anymore, open a ticket with Avaya for issues like this.

Avaya uses their own account of nnsupport that changes its passcode everyday. As Curlycord has stated, you might want to read the readme file for the latest SU 18 update first in case they have resolved your problem.
