1. When Callpilot is operating, larger users (10 gig or larger e-mail boxes) are experiencing delays in Outlook (both navigating within Outlook and delays in typing e-mails). If we disconnect Callpilot to these users, no delays are experienced.
2. We installed updates/patches 2 weeks ago to windows and e-mail exchange. Callpilot stopped working until we removed the update/patches. We did not install Explorer 9.0
Any suggestions???
