BCM 450: WHEN 84 FUNCTION IS APPLY EQUIPMENT GET RESTARTED'.

This BCM450 Rls1 (main site) is connected to three branch offices using Norstar 0x32 THROUGH e & m circuit at remote sites and 02 E1 circuits in the main site (1 for remote sites and 1 to public PBX).

When the users on the BCM450 (main site) make calls to local numbers, the bcm calls routed through the e1, and when calls are cell numbers, calls are made for 8 analog trunks.
But when remote users want to use the same routing, the BCM450 is not allowed to progress the call
When I activate the system monitor I can see that only three-digit mark, when the right is 9, this being the reason why the call does not progress.
But when I change the routing on the main site and make calls to be made through the E1 connected to Public PBX, the call succeeds, but only when it is routed by the E1.
I checked the routers send all digits, and if the digits sent complete, I installed all the patches that are for the version of BCM (Rls1), but besides this, the BCM450 replace a 0x32 Norstar MICS 6.1, and routing if it works, ie remote sites if they can make calls to cellular numbers through analog trunk.
When I want to force the BCM450 they realize the function84, the system reboots!

If anyone has an idea or suggestion will be welcome!!

Carlos.

Carlos, I'm not sure I completely understand the setup but you will need to set up a remote package in the main site 450 before it will allow tandem calls from the remotes to the PSTN.

The remote package option is enabled, anyway for testing purposes I have assigned the filter 00 for remote access.
Prior to installing the BCM450, there was a 0x32 work, and routing through analog trunk if it works, the programming that was in the central 0x32 Full been copied to the new BCM450, incuse, for testing, I disconnected the BCM450, connecting Norstar 0x32 and routing works well.
