BCM 450 VOICEMAIL ISSUE

I have a client with a BCM 450
User 3465 has a mailbox and you can leave him a message- the issue is the directory by name is not picking up his name first or last. Everything is entered correctly first and last name. class 3-display in directory-yes, enable message wait -yes. He has an alternate ext assigned would that be the issue ???

I dont think so as that only sends another message light to a 2nd phone.

Is it short 3 letter name or names? needs to be 4 or higher.

You must also record a directory greeting so that you can here if it is the correct person. F981/Admin/Greeting/1

Try another name to test the mailbox for corruption, like NAME, TEST
Call in and spell name or test

Try their name on a another mailbox number too as a test.

Did you try to delete and recreate the mailbox? or even reboot the BCM or Restart the voicemail service?

Try sending a message using feature 980 using the directory there .
