bcm 450 unified messaging

Trying to install unified messaging on a bcm 450 5
when i open the software on the custormers pc i get the following msg
the server has refused the connection. You may have entered a non call piolt server or the callpiolt server may require ssl connections


Ip address of the bcm is set correct
