BCM 450 system printout? 2

Is there a simple way to view a printout out of all Target lines and sets.

I need to see a list of sets and what DID's are assigned to them without painfully going into each set.

I want to see similar of what you see on the Default Template programming record....but an up to date one?

You can save the selected data for the section you are in to a HTML file.on bcm50/ bcm 450
Then you can then look to cut and paste out the info you want to a more manageable file.

Go to tools menu and look for save selected data for the section you are in Active sets
This will show you each extn and assigned lines and receive numbers, line pool assigned etc, even how the buttons are programmed on each phone

Or

Go to target lines, sort by Public Receive order and the lines will will be listed in order.

Just to add on to what snowman said, when you are choosing to save the file you can select to save as an excel file rather than html. I find this much easier to deal with.

Can be save as HTML or Excel.
As Khosher says Excel is NEAT.
I just tried it.
This wouldnt work before for me on my old laptop but the nesw excel programme i have this works a treat now

Wow finaly found it, it's under Session/IP/SavePogramming Record.
You would think it would be under Tools, but then again the designer is a tool.

Sorry my reply was open for 20 minutes.

Excel is perfect, our current way is to have the client update the excel sheet we had created and every change they make they are to update it send us a backup copy.
In this case a large site neglected this so now I can save as excel and have them update from there.

Presume selected data is the middle column - Navigation and highlited folder (Active Physical Lines in this case)

Will try this tomorrow since it's dialup and late in day...
It states approx time to save is 30 secs per active set and 7 secs per active line and sevral hours for over 100 sets.

Wonder why they wouldnt just design it to save on a file already and we just download it.

Well I just tried it.

Just Target Lines took about 40 minutes over dialup.

As long as the tech programs the Prime Line as the DN, or has DID's matching the DN's or even Control Sets programmed (a pain) then it's produces a perfect work sheet so that you can see what DID is with what DN.

The one thing I am not sure on is under Line Type is does list the DN also instead of Public, Private etc...
Is it because the DID is programmed to Appear and Ring or because the Prime Line is the DN?.
