bcm 450 rls. 6 ip trunks don't match the license? 1

Hi Guys;

would anyone know why my keycode licenses show 24 SIP trunks available but my "telephony resources" and "active VoIP lines" only shows 001 through 008?

what am I missing?

Click on configure and expand the line numbers to 24.
