I had a doorphone, that stopped working last week. It was programmed to dial a hunt group which would ring a number of phones in their office. For some reason the doorphone stopped working. I replaced the door phone with a new one and the problem still exists.
I took a t7316e set out to where the doorphone is and it works fine. When I reconnect the doorphone I can see it fine in element manager, and with set relocation turned on I even changed ports on the bcm. I disabled and re-enabled the card but same result.
At this point I am not sure what else to try. Has anyone seen anything like this before or have any suggestions to try?
