Customer has a BCM 450 rls 1.0 patch with the latest SU07. They have a skillset that after hours transfers to China. About 25% of the transferred calls are not being completed with the other end. In viewing the calls in bcm monitor it takes between 10 - 15 seconds for the call to connect.
It appears to me that the BCM is dropping the call before it can be completed. Or could it be something else...?
Is there a timer that I could adjust in the BCM somewhere?
