Who knows the process of getting my replacement multi image hard to load BCM 450 R1. It says it came with R1 R5 and R6.

After installing the HDD the BCM came up but with no software versions listed.

What do you mean it came up? Can you get into element manager? Typically you need to Putty to the OAM port and follow the prompts to install the appropriate release.

Thanks Bluemr2 but we discovered my vendor ordered a replacement drive that was multi image but upon closer examination it was BCM 450 R5. No wonder it would not let us pick a version. R5 is not an option since we need to restore from our R1 back up.
