Operator phone can't transfer a call to vm when multiple calls on phone. Intermittent issue. I swapped phones, ports added int paths. 6 int buttons. Phone lines appear and ring on phone . 10 lines all analog. Message on phone when you press f986 "no party to connect" call goes on hold but does not fwd to vm box. I set all lines to ring only out 6 int buttons on phone made problem worse. Caller would go on hold phone would then grab another int path with nothing on it and want to transfer that to mail box.
