Have a BCM 450 running i2004 sets. Everything runs fine most of the time, but occasionally a set or two goes down and reboots and will not stay up. Not the same sets every time. The BCM is running error free and they have a new POE switch. The customer provides their own phones (refurbs). Is there anything else beside bad sets this could be?
