I just finished upgrading a BCM450 to R5 so that they can run unified messaging on their Windows 7 pc's. When trying to install the UM, I get an error that says "Errors occured during installation. Please check the file \winstfax.log for details". does anyone have any insight to this and why this is happening? Is it a system error or pc?
