BCM 450 R5 RCC install passwd issue

I have BCM 450 R5. I am installing the Reporting for Contact Center.
All is well with the install until the Installation Verification Utility reaches the last step of "Requesting BCM connection data from user..."

It requests the CCRS password. What is default CCRS password?

Does CCRS require a user and permissions be created with the BCM Element Manager?

It is the password on the admin connection page. CCRS is default.
