BCM 450 PRI

New BCM 450 installed for about 1 month. After PRI was installed and turned up and tested after a few days no incoming calls would work.Happened again this past weekend. Outgoing calls work fine over same PRI????
When I look at the channels all looks normal.Warm reset fixes this. Anyone else run into this before?
 
Sounds like a firmware problem. Check the firmware and see if their is a new verison.
 
Patch Combo-39 fixed this problem for me. I just checked Nortel site and did not see the patch, but they do have BCM450.R100.SU.SYSTEM-005_BCM450_R1 available that should have the fix for the problem.
