BCM 450 PRI OLI

I have a BCM 450 Rls6.0 with 2 PRI lines on different service providers and extns length is 3 digits,
so for public OLI I have set the extn numbers (3Digits) and outgoing calls on both pri show the extn number calling.
So 1 of the PRI provider changed their settings and now they want the bcm to send all 10 digits for outgoing call.
if I set the public oLI to 10 digits I am able to call out and it shows the extn calling but now for the second pri it does not show the extn number calling and shows the main number,

pri 1 want bcm to send all 10 digits
pri 2 wants bcm to send last 3 digits

Any ideas on how I can achieve this.

PRI 1 number is 7730 160 XXX xxx is the extn number
PRI 2 Number is 7719 086 XXX

The other PRI provider needs to allow the PRI to send the CLID out.

Do users dial out on both PRI's?
Is there 2 business's on the BCM?
Do you use the Business Name option on the BCM?
