bcm 450 password

Hi

i do have bcm 450 , the costumer use to access the system to modify the configuration , they did forget the DADMIN password they was keep trying to access till it says ( the account is locked try after some time ) .

i reboot the bcm to release the account but still it says the same !!

any solution please help !

A reboot is not going to help a password issue or do any sort of release.
It is locked for 30 minutes or what ever the time has been set for that account.

You cannot get password help on forums as too sensitive of a topic, you would need to contact a vendor for help, assuming you do not want to do a level 2 reset.

Please follow curly's sound advice. Just to add in here that the BCM uses a different default login account of nnadmin. The DADMIN one is used on the Avaya CM systems.
