BCM 450 Paging port Issues?

Have you ever experienced BCM 450's Paging port goes out afer a day of working.

Yes.......had to replace the entire system too (or just the BFT if you have one).

This will be 4 bad ones and there is no cure so far.I guess Nortel or Avaya did not come up with a real fix yet.
