Can anyone tell me why the calls are being blocked after dialing 81 to access the pri- 99 out of area then 10 digit local number. looks like the last number is - being removed. we can dial 81 and 7 digits no problem. 81-99 1 plus the 10 digit number and it works. just not 81-99 and a 10 digit number with out the 1 which is LD..The dialing plans changed on the Commerical side recently. any ideas ???? using route 001.. assorb all digits.. destination code 81.. ???
