BCM 450 network interface not coming up

Hello,

I have a BCM 450, the network interfaces are not coming up but everything seems fine when I logged in through the console port. I need suggestions or related experiences and way out.

Yes I mean LAN PORTS 1 and 2, Yes I can access the EM via the console port.
