BCM 450 lines hanging

Hi all,

We have one BCM 450,ver 8.0.1.05.329 with 60 IP phones and 6 analogue lines connected to one GATM module.
All 6 lines are A/R on 221 and others using line pool for outgoing.
Since installation each and every week 2 different lines are hanging.
When i see the BCM monitor it shows as incoming call.
All patches are up to date.
I have to disable and enable the module then it will be ok.

Any Idea, I'll be much appreciate..
 
First question why would they want a new BCM450 with IP phones and analogue lines ?? that's the sort of combination i would avoid...

If you are in the UK we use a system called disconnect clear basically a way for the exchange to tell the PBX the line is clear, if this function is not working you can sometimes get calls stuck on the lines as you describe..

If you are in NA then i have no idea what system you use their but it much be similar



If its not broke tweak it..
 
This proposel has given by one new sales person. Before they had MICS with analogue lines..

Im in Qatar and we are using UK as a profile.

I think you are saying about disconnect supervision,but here is's not support.
 
hmmm not sure if there is much you can do then ?

Try changing Trunk Mode to Supervised on all trunks and see if it help
