BCM 450 issue

Ok here is the problem Our extensions that are programmed for more than one line coming into it are showing “line in use” just as extension 219 was doing in the business office. Could you please find out why this is happening and what I need to do to eliminate this issue. Please let me know as soon as possible as we have some lines that cannot be picked up.


The extensions with the issue are:

290 which picks up extension 293 calls and direct line xxx-xxx-xxxx

383 which picks up extension 288 calls

Sounds like your placing a call to a service dept.

If your trying to say "we have lines in use but nobody is using them"

Then you may have a disconnect supervision issue.
Suggest to call a vendor and have them diable the card or pull the jumpers and check programming.
